Digital Product Refund Policy

Domain Lander Pro Basic is a downloadable digital software product delivered electronically. Because access to the product files is provided after purchase, all sales are final once the download link has been issued or the product has been downloaded, except where required by law.

Refunds are not provided for buyer remorse, change of mind, failure to read the product description, lack of technical skill, hosting limitations outside our control, or failure to use the product after download.

Refund requests may be reviewed only in limited cases, including duplicate accidental purchase, inability to access the download due to an issue on our side, incorrect product delivered, or another issue we are legally required to honor.

License Terms

Domain Lander Pro Basic does not guarantee domain sales, buyer inquiries, search rankings, domain value increases, or income. AI Assist Lite requires the buyer to provide their own OpenAI-compatible API key and may require separate third-party usage costs. Do not redistribute or resell the ZIP unless separately authorized.

Founder Bonus Terms

Founder discounts apply to eligible Domain Lander Pro software upgrades. Discount percentages vary by edition. Founder discounts do not automatically apply to custom services, third-party costs, hosting infrastructure, escrow fees, payment processor fees, done-for-you services, or unrelated future products unless specifically stated.
